These look like Parasols to me. If the ring slides up and down the stem, then yes they are parasols. Enjoy them ! |

They could be shaggy parasols, which give some people an upset stomach apparently.

Look very much like shaggy's, they should bruise red when you cut them if they are. |

They are very nice but I personnaly wouldn't eat them than open.
I stumbled across an amazing growth of them in September and picked 20 unopened or just opened caps. They were scrummy but they muust be well cooked.
Also beware of possibility of confusion with M. Veneata no a good one as the name suggests but I don't think they're common
