| | | Re: Fungi for ID Please Just to be awkward I would say the Russula looks to be a darker pink variety that has been washed out by the rain rather than the very pale pink/white betularum and the stipe looks to have pink shades which is again wrong for betularum.  Unfortunately without the specimen it is going to be impossible to get a positive ID.
