| | | Re: Bright blue fungi for ID please The only one I could come up with myself was Blue Roundhead Stropharia Caerulea, but I really don't know .The Parrot Waxcap does seem to come in different colours ,so it could be that ,thanks for the suggestion.Barbara |

| | | Re: Bright blue fungi for ID please Yes this is Hygrocybe psittacina. The lilac tone at the tip of the cap is a more usual colour variant. I've never seen it is this particular shade of blue myself. It's quite wonderful.
