Not very good with fungi but could the red one be Cortinarius Cinnabarinus looks more orange in photo due to light but was quiet red.

Welcome to the fungi forum.
The first may be an Entoloma species, but the second is a Waxcap from the genus Hygrocybe, definitely no Cortinarius.
