| | | 3 fungi for id Had 3 different types spring up in the last couple of weeks. Could anyone id these for me please? First two photos I'm thinking Shaggy Parasol and second (3rd photo) I think is some sort of Earth Ball. Third (photos 4,5,6) I have no idea but there is about 15 of them in a small group on the lawn. There's 12 of the large Parasols and just the 2 Earth Ball type which all looks great in my smallish garden.
Hardly any smell from the last one and what smell there is is just a faint mushroom type smell.

| | | Re: 3 fungi for id Hello,
o.k. for the first two species from my opinion.
The third is a Hebeloma species, but it's not clear to me which one. The cap seems to be somewhat two-coloured, what could be H. mesophaeum, but then the young ones should show a cortina. It could also be a non-cortinate species, but then it could be a lot of species.
best regards,
Andreas

Here's some more images of the 3rd one. There is a good group of around 15 of them on the lawn. As can be seen in these new photos they all have quite a distinct ring on the cap if that helps.
