Unidentified Pink Resupinate - ID poser.

Found today on a fallen Fagus branch.

Not sure if this starts out white and then becomes pink, or whether there is some other fungus affecting the first.

Not holding my breath regards being able to obtain an ID on this one, but, as the saying goes, nothing ventured nothing gained.

I suspect it is one fungus attacking another - one for the expert I think!
