Found in large numbers growing out of a pile of old bark chips that had been dumped at the side of a lane. Caps are a bit sticky. |

I don't think you get Psathyrella species with fleshy rings like that . . .
this is the relatively recent addition to the British mycoflora Agrocybe rivulosa (note the grooved/ridged 'rivulose' cap)
