Cortinaria sanguineus?

red/brown spore print.

A little darker than I would expect but they look damp. I vote C. sanguineus- perfect habitat in the moss too!

of course they're damp this is Wales after all.

Seriously though the one I bought back for a spore print is dry now and its still as dark, more burgundy than blood red.
