Sorry Adam, (for being flippant)

There is every possibility this could well be P.multipedata as it is known for forming large clusters and (usually) growing from the soil rather than logs or stumps.

Interestingly, in his first book Phillips states this as rare, but in his second book he says 'frequent'.

I never believed Phillips' 'rare' designation. I have found Psathrella multipedata several times. Interestingly, always on graves!
