please leave me out of this - my knowledge of what used to be called the Aphyllophorales - brackets, resupinates etc. - is woefully thin

I have a goodish chunk of the literature and keep meaning to have a go - particularly at the resupinates - every winter (when they are often at their best, ironically)

perhaps this will be the year

I have finally found some spores and they are a spot on match for Gloeoporus dichrous, so I will see if Brian Spooner is interested in checking the material.
