I've been through all the literature on
Galerina that I can lay my hands on but can't find a fit for this one at all.
Found in mossy heathy acid grassland close to a bog but not actually in bog (sphagnum) habitat.

Clamps are certainly not common, and possibly absent, I've not seen anything convincing.
Spores appear rough, (9.8) 10.4-12.0 (13.7) x (5.2) 5.7-6.6 (7.4)um. Qav 1.8

Basidia are 4 spored, quite big at 6.4-10 x 27-37um.

Cheilocystidia tibiiform, but quite a few multiheaded. 30-50um long, head dia 4-7um.

Caulocystidia along length of stem

Pileicystidia

Encrusted pigment in pileipellis
If it had plenty of clamps and had 2 spored basidia then I'd think
G cinctula, but I just can't find anything to fit. And it seems microscopically fairly distinctive.
I've used Funga Nordica, FOS and Haan and drawn a blank.
I'll probably draw a blank on here too, but its worth a try ...
Cheers
Melanie
