You have to remember to make allowances for older specimens in which the cap has become inverted. It's easy to be lured into a false perception of the gill attachment. Picture yourself pushing the edges of the cap back down again and think what that would do to the gill apearance.
In this case I'd say the gills were adnate. If the spore print is pale, I'd be inclined to think these could be
Melanoleuca. If the spore print turned out to be darker e.g. brown I'd have to have another think.
The problem is that it's not unusual to get exotic species growing in greenhouses.
