Any help with possible Armillaria mellea

I found three groups of this growing on or around an old stump, sorry far too gone for me to tell the tree sp. Cap around 15mm slightly scaly, margin in-rolled, colour is golden with brown around the scales. Stem slender and smooth, slight pinkish hue. Gills not evident yet as the specimen appears to be young.

The second group were about 2' away and since looking i have read about the Rhizomorps, i will go back in a day or so to take a photo of the more mature fruits and i will look for evidence of the tell tale "boot laces".

Just wondered if any one is used to these and could tell from the young examples i have here and if i'm on the right track or not?
