I think these are
Agrocybe rivulosa they were growing on the chip pile left from felling a Fagus, around a mature
Fuligo septica I usually shy away from this type of Agaric'ish looking mushrooms as they can be too tough for me to pin down but this one was on its second bloom as there was some evidence of old fruit bodies when i first looked into F. septica a month or so back. So here are a few shots

the stump of the Fagus left behind.

Fuligo septica image taken 25th August

F. septica has spread and gone into spore, you can see the Agrocybe growing around the margin.

Cap between 3-8 cm across, start vicid conical and tawny in colour with evidence of a veil on some specimens, becoming umbonate as they mature and colour lightens. Finally curling up into a funnel with a slightly furrowed cap margin.
Gills appear free and fairly close together, white in younger specimens through to brown as fruit matures.
Stipe even taper from base to cap, white and velvety to smooth, firm ring smooth with a fibrillose outer edge.
No flesh shots or info unfortunately i didn't have a knife. Smell was not obvious and overpowered by the chippings.
I'm pretty confident with my I.d but would really appreciate your input.
