Originally thought
Clavulinopsis corniculata, but this has pointed and not blunt tipped antlers. Quite small, whole clump about 30mm across.
Found In sparse moss/leaf litter below Fagus.
No.2
Nearest I can get to this is
Ramariopsis subtilis, but I think even that one might have thicker stems than this has.

The stems on this were no more than 1mm in width.
Found amongst sparse moss/leaf litter, alongside No.1 above.
Overall clump size about 50mm across.
Tallest specimen being about 25mm tall.
Photos taken in both shade & sunlight to possibly aid ID.
Any thoughts on ID much appreciated.
