I freeze most mushrooms  For consumption too...I've still got a kilo of St. George's which I fried in butter and froze when they were cold. I've got some COTW in there too, but I don't know how that'll turn out...
BY THE WAY- That stupid thing that I saw when I was driving wasn't a Chicken Of The Woods. I just got back from driving 5 miles to get it (I had my apple picker in the car so I could poke it down) and it was a stupid Dryad's Saddle  |
