1 looks like the "wood wooly foot" Collybia peronata, the fruit bodies start to take on that mottled look to the cap as they get older. the Hairs on the stem are a good key feature, when you lift the mushroom to look its common to get a string of leaf litter into the bargain. good one on forays for beginners as the common name is easy to remember for newbies.
At worst i'm close with that one but 2 is too tough for me beyond Marasmiaceae possibly Mycena(that narrows it)     not!

anyway chimps are genetically very close to us . . . think about it - when we've just pushed a piano around we fancy a cuppa - and I know that if I step into a bath when the water is too hot I find myself going "oooh-oooh-oooh-aaaah-oooh-oooh-aaah!" clearly showing links to a common ancestor
