| | | Russula I found this Russula under pine. Young fruitbody olive green cap white stem but the older specimens have developed a pink cast to the stipe and quite bright red patches on the cap where it has been eaten.
Anyone any thoughts.

I will have to try and find another specimen and get out the Ammonia.
