Hmmm... I think your species depicted in the third set of images is a, maybe slightly dehydrated, Russula such as the Purple Brittlegill, Russula atropurpurea...

Hiya 2Dogs!
The first images show what looks to me like Pleurotus ostreatus.
The second one, the yellow mushie looks to be Hypholoma fasciculare
The last three are Russula and well...no chance

Stick with it, they are so interesting and varied but definitely a difficult, frustrating subject and thank goodness for our helpful members for an ID. Nice to photograph too, they aint going to run or fly off and the majority are beautiful
