Psathyrella candolleana?

I'm thinking this is Psathyrella candolleana, but confirmation or alternative name would be appreciated. The ring of veil fibrils on the stem threw me for a while, as did the white colour of the young cap, though there was a very drying wind between the showers. It was very prolific, growing from where ever Alnus had been washed up and buried alongside a very mobile river bed.
