Can you tell me what these two mushrooms are please?

hi Nicola

I would say that the lower one could well be the deep-rooting Xerula radicata (also in books as Collybia radicata and Oudemansiella radicata)

the top one is a toadstool (possibly - probably? a bolete) attacked by a parasitic mould
