You could try your local garden centre. It's often used to kill moss.

The moss killer form is likely to be in a powder form for disolving in water. You can mix up a strong soloution of this and carry it in a small dropper bottle and it will work the same way but will only keep for one season. The Association of British Fungus Groups offer a variety of fungal reagents for sale including Ferrous sulphate in solution, but I think you would most likely have to join the association to buy them. They are at: Association of British Fungus Groups.
If you do obtain some powdered Ferrous sulphate you could grow your own crystal. This could be lots of fun! Try Googleing 'Grow your own Crytals'
There may also be someone else on the internet prepared to sell you Ferrous solphate powder if you seach around, but these days it is getting very difficult to buy chemicals on the net.

I did a quick search for 'Pure Ferrous Sulphate Crystals on the net and was offered some for £10-40 for 250g, although I do not know anything about the company!
