the most likely candidate for the top one is a Dacrymyces, probably Dacrymyces stillatus and very dried-out
(though Andreas may point out that there is another, purple-paint, specialist   )

You will find Dacrymyces stillatus quite easily on garden fence posts after heavy rain, which given our hottest, driest summer will be a very familiar sight throughout the year
It will disappear on drying only to reappear after the next monsoon.
