Looks like a yellow stemmed mycena (Mycena epipterygia) POISONOUS. |

yes indeed Amanita fulva! It has nothing to do in no respect with Mycena epipterygia. Not the slightest characters suites.
Mycena epipterygia has never been reported as poisonous, so I would like to see a publication about that!
