This Pluteus umbrosus was on a fallen log 
but just a little further along was this small yellow fungus 
I thought it might be a very young Pluteus of some sort.

Its got a ring on the stem as does the little one in the background |

I shouldn't try to do some microscope work, sort out the Tesco delivery and try and post on here all at the same time it just doesn't work.
