| | | A Kingley fungus for ID, please Hello,
Sorry this query is out of season - the photo harks back to last October - but does anyone recognise this fungus, I wonder? It has languished anonymously on my computer and I'd like it to have a name.
Taken at Kingley Vale in West Sussex, which is dominated by ancient Yew although at this spot there was also some old Oak around.
Thanks, Rob

is that bluish-lilaceous flush accurate or a trick of the light?
looks a bit like an Agaricus species - in which case I'm outta here
cheers
Chris
