Agaricus arvensis ??

a large group of these in mixed woodland, growing under a hawthorn tree,
thought to be A.arvensis, but it has not got the usual aniseed smell to it just a strong normal mushroom smell, the large one were a good 6 or 7 inches across the cap, which are smooth and white, the stem of the upturned one shows signs of a double ring which points to arvensis ? , the flesh of the smaller one was white , no colour change to cap or stem when cut





any suggestions welcome.
