| | | Fungus Identification please
I photographed this last year and it has remained unknown ever since. Any help would be appreciated. It was found in coniferous woodland growing in moss and had a very sticky cap.

It's a Russula. In my experience**, the only species of this genus that grows to this colour in this form is Russula foetens.

The very sticky cap makes me think Suillus luteus but i've wrong before.
Must say the photo made me think of lardie cake (yum).
