this is one of the non-inky, veil-less 'ink caps' formerly all in Coprinus this would now be a Parasola sp.; P. plicatilis is the commonest, but there are some others identified chiefly by spore shape; the distinctive shape is simply down to it drying out/going over

don't worry - I had spotted that one as well - same thing I would say, this is why it's always useful to look at a range of fruit-bodies when trying to name a fungus
