I think it's got velar remants in the centre of the cap - so not plicatilis or any of the other Coprinus spp. now moved to Parasola
more likely a Coprinopsis I think

| | | Re: Fungi for Identification I wish I had more John. It was growing on it's own in damp needle litter around 6 feet from a drainage ditch and the area was very damp.
