Question funny metatrichia spp?
Hi all,
this one from today - a known place for metatrichia floriformis, but this one looks a little different - it is much shinier, more pronounced stalks (albeit tiny!) and an unusual spore eruption, unlike the ones I have seen before, which are flowery and yellow - this is a bit straplike and tan.
Any ideas please?

Hi Chris,
I did ponder that, and you may well be right! but they just seem so much more shiny and different from the earlier , more dull, nut brown ones I saw a few weeks ago , plus that eruption is quite different and that bothers me. The shape is a little weird too - I guess this is another I need to keep tabs on!
