Look quite weatherbeaten. Quite a substantial mass, about 600mm tall overall.

polyporus squamosus - dryads saddle. I think its a bit faded because of the cold.
I thought oyster mushroom when I saw the first photo but then I saw the pores on the second photo so its not a pleurotus  |

I can't find any decent photo's of the pore structure on the web to cross reference it with. It's probably just me, but it looks different to the photo's in Phillips, and there is no pore shot in Jordan.
