| | | Re: Pale (Bracket?) fungus I think that may be a stereum.sp, substate (hard or soft wood, would help)
and one test is to make cuts across the underside (the resupinate area)
and see if the cuts turn red, some stereums change colour (bleed) and some
don't, when you get one that does the reaction is unforgettable.
