It was growing in a clump in a garden flowerbed with one of them small conifer species in it. This was the only fresh one I could find. It smelled very strongly and didn't secrete milk when gills broken.
Also is this K. mutabilis? |

i would say your first one is A Lepista sp(probably L.nuda)
Your second one looks a lot like some Flammulina velutipes i found a few days ago, but without seing the gills and stipe, its just a guess |
