Question poss mycena spp ?
This was on an old deciduous stump, Hawthorn I think.
It looks like a youngish M. gallericulata, but my experience of thes is mainly when they are older, bigger and rolled back - and this was solitary so I am unsure.
Also seems a bit small (1.5'' or so across cap) and too white.
Any ideas please?
