This looks quite close again - I take it thats a burnt stump theyre on?
If so, looks good for charcoal pholiota tending towards drying out I feel - the stem was also scaly too I presume? (not too clear for my old eyeson the pic).
Good find. (mind you I always like to see what the experts think - I've been wrong before!)

They may be Flammulina velutipes (some of us have had this before!), try a
spore drop over night, on a piece of glass if you have it, or paper/cardboard
will do for these, if they are hyaline (clear) then it's F.velutipes, if brown
then mayb P.highlandensis.
