Are these Shaggy Parasols?

Here are images of three individual fungi .... taken on the same walk through an iron age dyke system in Colchester, Essex - on 30 August 2008. The closeup of cap belongs to the profile pic.

Are these the same species - Shaggy Parasol? ... at different stages please?

Due to their size and substantiality, I'd suggest that these are Chlorophyllum procera rather than C. rhacodes. The genus was formerly known as Macrolepiota.

Thanks to you both. I'm ready to go now ... searching out new fungi - and taking the appropriate desired pics. Before WAB I had no idea it was all so complex - now I do ... and I more enthusiasic than ever. Thanks again.
