two log dwellers for id please

A couple of log dwellers for id ,
The first one found on a fallen oak trunk ,cap 20/25mm diam , gills are same colour as stems , you can just see the gills in the fungi in right of picture, ( I managed to somehow delete the shot of the gills whilst renaming the pics)





The second one was also on a fallen log, not sure of tree species as it was well rotted, but probably oak as well, cap 20mm diam , cap –stem-gills all same colour,




Both found during the last few days , Any suggestions on id ????

I think the first one could be a Pluteus romeli.

thanks for that,although the photos in Roger Phillips book look somewhat different ,they are of an older specimen,so it is a possibility,
