| | | Flammulina velutipes ? Think these are (slightly icy) Velvet Shank Flammulina velutipes, and would again appreciate confirmation/other. Found today, predominantly Beech woodland.

The stipes are very tough but these beautiful mushrooms are actually very nice in an antipasti or mushroom mix- once the glutinous layer is removed |
