Pale Oyster - Pleurotus sp.
Is this the pale oyster mushroom. I know that its not P. ostreatus because of the colours

There's no reason that this wouldn't be P. ostreatus really. You mention the colours, but P. ostreatus is pretty variable in colour. Unsure though!

there are nearly 20 other Pleurotus species on the GB & I list though . . .
