Not sure of the first, but the second might be one of the darker Hypholoma species- which wood was it growing on?

first is almost certainly an Exidia species; if you find hard central white mineral inclusions like:

then it's easy - Exidia nucleata - can be done in the field; unfortunately, I can't see any in your photo

2) could it be a young honey fungus - I saw one similar a while back

(though yours isn't as scaly a cap as mine)
