Last year because I really wanted to find a fly agaric, my stepdad got a tesco edible mushroom while I was out and painted it to look like a fly agaric. then I got home and got really excited and got my camera for this fly agaric in my garden! 
but it was a fake!    |

LOL. I have some wooden ones with metal spikes on the bottom dug into the ground under my Willow tree. When I got into fungi, I told my Dad off for putting them under the Willow tree because "They would not grow with Salix naturally".

As a child I remember watching magpies eating Fly Agarics growing at the bottom of the garden.
Shortly afterwards they entertained me with a fantastic display of erratic flying and crash landings!
Every day they'd come back for more too!
Haven't seen one since
