| | | Re: First proper fungi hunt I'd concur with it looking like an Amanita but only at a glance. If you really look, you can see a tiny part of the stipe, and it looks fibrous and brown- which would steer clear of Amanita!
Part of me wants to say Melanoleuca, but I couldn't account for the cap edges and texture |
