Fungi for ID please....

I have found two of these in the garden today, the first I accientally scooped up with a pile of very wet leaves - I washed my hands well after. I then noticed a second on the edge of my pebble pond. I'm going to atempt to attach a piccie in the hope someone can identify it for me.
