the simple answer to Mycena v. Galerina is to take a spore-print!
they look rather like Psathyrella to me - difficult enough with a microscope . . .

Normally I would have said Psathyrella conopilus, but the caps do not seem smooth or shiny enough and also looking at the gill colour makes me suspect a real Conocybe sp.
Not an easy one this.

you might be right, tho' I think that the contrast in colour between cap and stipe shown here is unusual for Conocybe (except possibly C. pygmaeoaffinis; I think we're agreed that it belongs to one of the genera with a hymeniform ('cellular') outer cap structure though
which among other things clearly knocks out Mycena and Galerina . . .
