Looks like Coprinus micaceus - Glistening Ink Cap.

Naughty, naughty, Charlie.

You separated this one from the clump, didn't you !!

That could have thrown us off the scent, but luckily those fine mica remains on the cap and dark gills identify this as being Coprinellus micaceus the so-called Glistening Inkcap.
