Shaggy Pholiota with no shagginess

Again I found this on my grandmas garden. It was the only one I could see. It looks a lot like a young shaggy pholiota but without shagginess

The gills were brown and surrounded by a sort of furry veil.

Any ideas?

The Pholiota without the scales could well be 'Weeping Widow' [i]Lacrymaria lacrymabunda/I].
