You need to look at the gills on the first shot. If they're the same as this image, then it's probably Rickenella fibula (Which would explain you finding the other Rickenella; I'm guessing there is moss in the area. 
(Ignore the name  )
The latter, I have no clue, though it might be Psilocybe semilanceata which has dried out. But I'm not confident that it is- just doesn't look right. |

Did you go mushroom hunting at night i ask because it seem very dark in the backgounds of both pictures |
