| | | Shaggy Ink Cap with spaghetti, ham & sage
Shaggy ink cap in natural surroundings and some picked. The longest picked one shown was over 20cm and once the seven of them were trimmed they came to over 300g (12oz). I fried them up in a hot pan with butter, olive oil, garlic, ham and some finely chopped fresh sage leaves, then tossed into some nice al dente spaghetti - delicious! |

| | | Re: Shaggy Ink Cap with spaghetti, ham & sage I'll be more careful next time, didn't mean to sound "cocky". But they hadn't been all chucked together in the basket, the ink caps had been kept seperate as I knew what they were, they were the last ones I picked as I knew the location and just been placed closely when laid out on the table for a couple of pics. |
