I wouldn't, not knowing what it is, but this one looks good enough to eat?

It looks like one of the oyster fungi, Pleurotus cornucopiae (most likely) but
experts will say a photo of the underside required to be certain.

I would hazard a guess at Pleurotus ostreatus, as it can be variable in the cap colour. Almost certainly a Pleurotus, tho.
